Beware of Aramark's linen service!! Let me tell you my story: About 4 years ago this very young man possible just out of High School stopped by my Business (Restaurant). He offered me a linen service. At the time I had recently dropped my previous company due to budget issues. When this young man showed up I immediately told him I had a very small budget to go with. He offered to work with that. In a few minutes he developed an 'estimate' that was aligned with my needs and budget, actually just a few dollars more. I liked the fact he was working with me and signed up for this agreement. Little did I know (and this is my fault) that I was actually signing a 5 year binding contract. Stupid me didn't think to read the fine print, probably because the price was so affordable and I really needed the service. This was in 2012. Since then, I have had numerous arguments with them and almost every single time it has been die to their shady inventory and pricing practices. To better explain what they are doing, Ill tell you I am now paying almost FIVE times more than what I signed up for. Yes!!! FIVE TIMES. Their contract forces me into paying yearly raises and also, their employees trick you out of the inventory in hand in order to charge you more. Over the last 4 years I have asked them to cancel my contract at least 4 times but instead, every single time they remind me of my contractual obligations. The last straw happened in the last few weeks. I called the 1800 number asking for a rep to call me as I wanted to make a change in my inventory and once again, like every 3-6 months, question why my bill is higher again.... 3 weeks went by and no one called me. I finally email corporate and request a call immediately. I get a call 2 days later and the rep is trying to sweet talk me. He says he wants to fix my invoices pricing and give me better service etc. I actually believed him and asked him if he could add a table cloth service. He makes an appointment with me. The day comes and he shows up at my business. When I am showing him my inventory, as I stand in a small area kind of boxed in, he stands in front of me and starts talking to me about a new contract if I want to keep my invoices lower. The guy is literally trying to strong arm me into a new contract and using the old vicious Intimidation by boxing someone-in technique. I told him no and pretty much told him to move on. He was very upset and showed his anger with words. I have about a year to go with Aramark. I am calling the BBB and making a few phone calls. This company needs to get sued.

Terrible service. Long time to get new uniforms. Send in for wash never came back and was told they were lost. Now they are reordering all new. This has been going on for 5 months and we are no happy!
