The employee was saying how they aren't treated well, she was negative throughout the whole cleaning and made me feel uncomfortable.
My experience was HIGHLY satisfactory. I've used this location's service three times since 2011. The last service date was 06/17/16. The cleaners arrived within the time arranged with their office, they were professional and VERY thorough. Empirically, they've provided the best service I've received in my area (4s Ranch/Rancho Bernardo).
Today gave me an appointment for tomorrow. And 2 hours later called me and canceled the appointment with stupid reasons. Hurrible.

They were fast. The job was well done. They paid attention to detail. We are going to hire them on a regular basis.
I have 2500 sq ft home next to dirt field with 4 dogs and a cat that drag who knows what into the house. Molly Maids came in from top down cleaned the whole house top to bottom. My wife was thrilled and you know what they say about a happy wife and a happy life.

Very disappointed. I had my initial clean which lasted between 3 1/2 hrs to 4 1/2 and was charged $69 an hour. I thought they did a wonderful job and scheduled monthly cleanings at $125. So my second cleaning day comes and they spent a few minutes over an hour cleaning the house. Since their hourly rate was $69 I called and wanted a lower price since their time here did not reflect the $125 price. I find out that they had wrote in their booked that they were her for an hour and a half which was not true. I was sitting at my computer when they came so I saw what time it was which was between 2:45 and 2:50 and when they left I was playing out side with my son and we stayed out a few minutes before coming in and it was only 4:01 on my computer which meant they left before 4 and they had booked they left at 4. I was really puzzled why it took so long the first time to clean but only an hour the second time so I started looking around and found many things that hadn't been cleaned like all the window or floor molding, under rugs, mirrors and the mirrors that were cleaned had rub marks all over and dried drip an spray marks, backslash in my bath room a whole sliding glass door, and dusting almost everywhere. I feel like they just wanted my money and took forever the first time to get more. They do come back if you call and say they forget to clean something and there is no extra charge to you but I wanted this service to make life a little less stressful and having to spend money on a service you cant trust and having to make sure they did their job correctly and having to make phone calls to make sure your not over charged = more stress then cleaning in the first place so I canceled with them.
