Eurosonic Blind Cleaning on the map
Christina Wehbe Studios
I needed my blinds cleaned a couple months ago, they picked them up, cleaned the blinds then installed them back, very professional, efficient, fast and courteous. I would definitely use them next year.
It is OK service if you are planning to have a mini series of meetings (in my case FIVE) to clean your Hunter Douglas Luminettes. They do just enough and will not go out of their way for your expensive blinds that in my case costs 3k. I live in a high rise building with floor to ceiling windows and my luminetts cost me an arm and leg so I hoped for a bit of a care. They do not wear shoe covers or white gloves while they handle your window treatments (similar companies do, like COIT who took care of my bedroom window treatments). Their service of 8 hours turnaround sounds fantastic but do not be fooled. Later I met them 3 times till my Luminetts finally got the look they should. Every time I had a meeting with them I needed to take time off work because I work outside the city. After they picked up and returned window treatments I called asking about the stain that was not there when I gave it to them and the wrinkles that do not go away as promised once the window treatments are completely dry. So it begins: multiple phone-calls and three more visits. Visit #3: checked on my complaints and reported that they “do not steam wrinkles but they will talk to the owner about it”. My time is wasted. Visit #4: Owner comes to handle the wrinkles + stain and believe it or not his equipment is not working and he does not have extension cord and whatever else… Again, my time is wasted. He also says that the stain looks like a protein stain. It means that if the bug hid inside the pane and it got washed then I got my “new” stain after cleaning. I was just pissed. Don’t they vacuum panes for all kinds of debri and trapped insects like flys or etc... What kind a cleaning is it? Then finally two weeks later (because I had to go out of town for holidays ) a visit #5 happens: this time they are prepared. Owner comes with the helper and they both steam the wrinkles out. So you know, I had to point out wrinkles extensively on the visit #4 and make myself clear that I do not except anything less but an excellent job. The wrinkles are out but the protein stain is in. I am glad I got a lot of tips from COIT co technician who handled my bedroom window treatments and hopefully I can take out the stain myself or call COIT. It is annoying to pay $275 for cleaning of window treatments and then make multiple phone calls, meet three more times than one should and still look for someone to take care of protein stain. Horrible…
