I've been going to them for years. Never had a problem.
Fast service and excellent repairs both on clothing and shoes. They are very friendly and always have my clothes ready on time.
I brought in a suit to be serviced on a Monday scheduled for pick up a whole week later. When I came back I was told that it would be another three days before this would be handled. I asked to speak with a manager. I was given his personal number. This guy hung up on me or worst, he sent me to his voicemail multiple times. To this day Ive not received my suit nor a "Hey sorry about" stay away, far away from this place. You've been warned!
I wish I had read these reviews before I visited this cleaner on 09/27/2014, took a brand black/white new dress to them purchased 09/11/2014 and when I picked it up on 10/02/2014 and looked the dress over, I noticed it had black stains on the white part of the dress. I didn't appreciate how she tried to play me and say to me "ohhh ohh he said he couldn't get the stains out the back". My response was " well how did he put the stains on the dress because it is a new dress that I just purchased and I have the receipt to prove and the strains were not there when I brought it in to you. I was due to pick it up today 10/06/2014, it is not ready. I will let you know the outcome. (hope it a good one) She is suppose to call me back in the morning 10/07/2014. Also took in my Nine West shoe collection to have the heel taps repaired, they did a good job on the shoes.
I had a suit and collared shirts dry cleaned for an out of town wedding, and picked it up on the way out of town. The first red flag was that half of the items they brought out were wrong, and I should have carefully inspected them at that point. If I hadn't said anything or checked I would have walked out with three shirts that didn't belong to me! The next day, when I put the suit on to head to the wedding, my wife noticed that there was a large rip along the backside! I had no choice but to go buy another pair of pants an hour before the wedding. We were staying for almost a week near the venue, so when I got back into town, I took the pants in and asked what they were going to do about it. They refused to accept any responsibility, and even refused to refund the dry cleaning fee. They said that a rip was impossible, and that my story "didn't make sense". I filed a charge back with my credit card company and filed a BBB complaint requesting compensation for the depreciated (not new) value of the suit pants, not even enough to cover new pants, and they failed to respond to the complaint at all. I'm not sure how these people are still in business. I understand that things happen and everyone makes mistakes, and to me, the mark of a great establishment is not necessarily one that never makes a mistake, it's one that will work with you in good faith to resolve a problem. They failed completely on that count, and I would highly discourage anyone from ever using this cleaners.
