Sitting outside of Charlotte Airport in smoking area. Guess all of the JetStream boys and girls are on break. Clothes look like rags. Pants hanging off theirs @$$es Wearing said "uniforms" like they're dealing coke on the block. Wearing adddittional attire over uniforms. Also looks like crap. All of them have earbuds in and are practicing for their failed "future" rapping careers. Speaking like ignorant fools. I don't even know what business JetStream is in, but they represent their company HORRIBLY.
My daughter and I took her german shepherd to the Yorkmont Road, Charlotte location to ship her back to California ahead of my daughter's flight tomorrow. We arrived at 8:35 a.m. The dog's flight was not scheduled to leave until 10:00 a.m. The desk attendant, Heather greeted us with a bad attitude right out of the gate! She wanted to know if we had gotten into traffic or something else, because she was getting ready to mark our dog's flight as a "no show". She then asks us why there isn't an absorbent pad in the bottom of the dog's kennel. No one told us that we needed one. She continued with her snarky attitude as she filled out the paperwork. The flight cost $157 more than what was quoted to us. We had to transfer money to pay the extra cost. Heather got impatient with the "instant" transfer that we were doing and told us that she needed to get the payment in. After all of this bad attitude and rush to get this done, she couldn't figure out how to put the payment in and had to make several phone calls to get it to go through. She did all of this with a bad attitude. In the future, I will be using another carrier. It costs zero to be nice, but being rude will cost you customers! This review would not let me post it without rating it with a star. They need a negative star option for this!
