Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning on the map
I had them clean my grandparents home with the Mother's Day Special. The work was great. Would highly recommend!
I had my windows inside and out done, as well as gutter polishing. They were on time and did a fantastic job. My gutters shine so much that I need sunglasses to look at them now. They took their time on windows and gutters and when they came into my house they took their shoes off to not ruin my floors. They may be priced a little higher than other companies but was worth every penny. I will def. be using their service again in the future.
I have hired Squeege Pros over the years to clean and keep my house sparkly clean. From gutters, to the roof to pressure washing the sidewalk/driveway they always do a stellar job at a fair price. They are professional in nature from the moment they show up, on time and polished. I highly recommend anyone in the greater Charlotte area to give them a call for any gutter cleaning and pressure washing assistance they need with their home. You won't be disappointed.
I contacted Squeegee Pros to pressure wash my house, deck and driveway. The scheduling process was very easy. The technician, James, that came out was friendly and professional. The work was exceptional. I will be using Squeegee Pros again in the future.
Would give zero stars if I could. We paid a lot of money to have our gutters cleaned. After the 1st substantial rain (3-1/2 weeks after the service was provided) we found water pouring over one of the gutters at the back of the house. I called the company to ask them to come back out since the job was obviously not completed in its entirety. After speaking to the customer service rep I was told that since I was outside the 2 week window they would have to charge $125 to come clean 1 gutter. I asked to speak to a manager and had the pleasure of speaking to April, who, subsequently told me that my complaint was essentially worthless since I was outside the 2 week window. Her final words were, "I have to stick to the company policy." Hope the company doesn't mind losing customers based on their policy. Maybe they should consider switching the policy to include 2 weeks OR after the 1st substantial rain following the service (or lack of service, in this case).
