VERY bad company! They definitely don't have it together at this company. Do NOT use their NetForum product because we do, and every single day we have some kind of issue. It isn't just us either; their company has a "community" for all of their customers to discuss problems in an open forum. Abila created this in hopes that we (their customers) could help each other solve each others problems and share our "work around" methods that we've come up with. Their customer service is awful with everything from alerting us when something is awry, to response times, to correcting issues and so-on. We still have cases open from multiple years ago. Something goes wrong on a weekly basis and this often includes financials. That is a whole other mess! If you are wondering why we have stayed with the product, it is because of the contract terms and how wrapped up our data has become. It will be such a long and hard process to move. Oh, but we will move - as soon as possible! Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this company!
I recently had a job interview with Mandy Sweeney that was a very unpleasant experience that reflects very badly on your company. I have been in many job interviews and been rejected many times but have never felt so disrespected and offended. Aside from my subjective feelings about her rude and disrespectful treatment of me, she outright lied to me. I hope for your organization's sake that she does not do this to clients. I feel sorry for anyone that works for her and can imagine you will have problems between her and clients. She told me she didn't see where I fit and then asked me if she could set up a meeting between myself and someone from the Chicago office, which I knew at the time was an outright lie. The next morning I get an automated email that Abila is not interested in me, which is fine. What leaves a bad taste in my mouth other than her disrespectful treatment of me is the objective fact that she lied to me when she didn't even have to. I hope that is not the culture of your organization and if it is and you tolerate this type of behavior, you will get the results you deserve. I have a negative opinion of Abila because of Mandy and will tell anyone that I have contact with to avoid this organization. My unsolicited advice is, at minimum; do not expose clients to her.
