Today was my first day visiting the office. I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Craven. My visit was to get to the root cause of some issues i was having with my teeth. As it states on there site they are specialist in this area and will diagnose the issue and get you on a treatment plan. Well first my dentist only came in for about 5 minutes if that. He spoke only to his assistant then got up and left. I was puzzled as what was going on. Was that it? There wasn't no conversation about why I was there in the first place. I explained to his assistant my concerns and why I was there. They offered no help but only to floss. I went more in to detail on my issues the things I've tried and that what she was suggesting wasn't working and what should be my next step. I was extremely upset at this point. They give all this information on there site about how there experts on this issue. She then advised they are updating there site??? And again I'm having this conversation with the dental assistant. The Docotor was no where to be found. I would not refer anyone to this place! The Doctor didn't even address my concerns, didn't have a conversation reharding why I was there just took a quick look in my mouth mumbled something to his assistant then walked out. Worst experience EVER!!!!
I recently had to have a tooth pulled. It's my last tooth on the bottom and I decided not to get an implant. I really appreciated that they didn't force me to get the implant. They were super concerned that I feel nothing at all during the procedure- which was great. Everything went so well that I didn't have any pain after the extraction and it is healing perfectly.
Called and scheduled an appointment 6 months ago and was told they were in my network. Was surprised at the end of my cleaning to receive a partial bill. When I called to cancel my cleaning for this week, I was informed I had a $13 credit. I guess they don't feel the need to tell me about my overpayment, and just felt it best to hold onto my money. I've been issued a credit. Decent place otherwise. Beautiful building. Staff was nice and did a good job. Update, had to call back again, 3 months later to ask for my refund again. Finally got it.
They were all so nice and professional! They helped my husband with everything he needed. They are all so wonderful!
I did not have the misfortune of going to this Dentist, but my friend did. She saw Justin D’Abadie, DDS. He was rude about her nose ring, of all things. I was so completely blown a way by this. He was rude and completely unprofessional. On top of it, when she wrote to them and explained how it made her feel, they never even responded. I was in shock! I guess they do not pride themselves on professionalism. That is too bad. I hope others have a much better experience. But if you have a nose ring, or anything like that, I would prepare for a lecture.
