This morning one of these blue ARS pest vans drove unsafely through our neighborhood. The driver was speeding and tailgated me dangerously close. I pulled over and he zoomed by. This was early in the morning when schoolkids are out. Really, ARS? I reported it to the company, little good it will probably do. ARS, I will never use your services based solely on the way your employees drive. Thumbs down.
I called at 9am and said I had water leaking from the second floor into the first floor and needed someone out quickly. I was told someone would be out between 10 and 2. I asked that it be sooner rather than later because damage was actively happening to the house. I called back at 1 when I still hadnt heard anything, and was told they expected to be there before 2. I called back at 3 when they still hadn't called or showed up. I get a call back shortly after telling me that the tech "should" be there by 3:30. TERRIBLE customer service and I would recommend trying anyone else!
I scheduled an appointment on saturday for the following Saturday yes a week in advance they gave a window from 9am to 1pm. At 1:30pm on saturday I call after the window expired they told me they were short of staff and they will not be able to make it, what a joke!! they offer to re-schedule, imaging if I don't call I would not find out they were not planning in coming. Not a courtesy call at all, How can the scheduling be so poorly manage that not even a 4 hour window booked a week in advance do it. Don't waste your time with this company hire someone else.
Worst company to work with. Techs are boneheads and customer service is the worst. If i could give a negative star i would. I was given a time block and explained to the rep that i am working and i am not sitting by the phone all day. Have the tech text me or just come. The response, oh we are just now hearing about this. What the flying f**** do you people do. This will be my second call as the first incompetent tech came out turned on all the water to tell me the water heater is going and some valve outside needs changed. And they need approval to do the work. Use them as plan z.
Gina was great explaining the various options for insulating our house. The whole process was actually easy and pleasant. It was exactly as she said it would be. The workers were prompt, clean and friendly. If you need insulation the Home Depot connection is the way to go. And hope you get Gina as your consultant!
