Great Place and very friendly. Never too busy and the have same day service. I love that. Living in Travis Country across from this location makes it easy for pick up and drop off! There are plenty of people who are happy with this location. I just don't think people take the time to rate satisfaction as they do with rating dissatisfaction. $ 2.00 to laundry and starch a mans dress shirt.
Horrible I just called to get some prices and she tells me to whom do you want in irritated Indian accent. I can five negative star but I will give you a class a negative review on your poor service.
I now drive three times the distance to avoid using this business. As other posts mention, I also experienced a broken zipper and two buttons breaking/falling off garments, but the final straw was when I picked up my fiance's slacks (three pair) and the front crease in all three pair was not aligned with the original crease. He wore a pair to work and noticed it so we checked the others and they were all three improperly pressed. I returned them the next day and asked that they be redone, and was SHOCKED when the "elderly" lady told me they would not be redone because they had been worn. I explained to her that wearing the slacks would not magically create a crease. She chastised me for "speaking to my elders that way" (I'm 30!) and continued to refuse to correct the mistake. Before she finally agreed to redo the slacks, she blamed ME for the mistake and said it was because I chose to have the pants laundered and pressed instead of dry cleaned!!! To the very the end, she never accepted responsibility for the actions of her business. I will NEVER return to this establishment and if you care about your clothing, I suggest you find a different cleaners even if it means driving a bit further.

Awful! They are right up the st. from our house so I mainly used them out of convience. 1) the ladies who work there are RUDE, esp. the younger gal. I took in an expensive belted sweater ~ $100. Had it dry-cleaned. Got it back home, took it out of the plastic to find the belt missing. When i called, the younger gal told me it was my fault that the belt was lost and insisted they "never" lose belts and bc it was not written on the ticket, I must have lost it elsewhere. After 3 phone calls, 1 of which I was yelled at by said young girl, I FINALLY got the manager's name and #....GUESS What? My belt was found at the factory. Rude...who yells at the customer and tells them it is their fault? I will Never take my clothes here again, POOR customer services, discourteous workers.

I am very satisfied with this establishment. Don't know why there are no other positive reviews. The clerk is always gracious, the hours are convenient, and establishment is clean (the "smell" someone reported comes from the sandwich shop and nail salon on either side of the cleaners). The cleaning service is very good (occasionally there is a wrinkle, but keep in mind the clothes are sent out and with multiple technicians one can expect a mediocre job on a cotton shirt on the rare occasion). Any time something isn't satisfactory, ask them to redo! Prices are not as high as Kim's in Westlake, yet the quality of the work on expensive fabrics / clothing is as good or better. Why go elsewhere?
