DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our office signed a 1 year contract with them and have had nothing but problems from day one. The cleaning crew doesn't speak English, they come on the wrong day of the week that was designated. We are a CPA firm and have clients in our office every day of the week except Thursdays. The cleaning crew would show up on Wednesday late afternoon an hour before closing time to clean after I receive an email from their manager, Jesse Ibarra stating they would be here on Thursday. This continuously happens and they do not clean as specified on the contract. I have to always ask them to clean the blinds, dust the furniture etc. This is part of the contract. I emailed the regional manager Shayne Wade regarding the issues and told him I wanted to terminate the contract. He told me to follow the procedures in the contract which makes you jump thru hoops and basically won't let you out of it. I have nothing good to say about them. BEWARE!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ECOCARE! Zero ethics or morals. Their crew has failed to show up on multiple occasions, items from our building have gone missing, the owner is quick to pursue legal remedies. I have never felt this cheated in my entire business as I have with this sorry excuse for a company.
BEWARE - Do NOT do business with this company! This is one of those "cleaning" companies that really subcontract all of the cleaning so no one knows what is going on and nothing ever happens right. The sales guy is very slick and will sell you on their great processes and cleaning, but in reality you will get so-so cleaning and worse customer service. In about a year and a half, they switched our cleaning crew 4 times and those people were always having new people so we constantly had random (sometimes shady) people in our building. The sales guy will tell you if there is any problem with the cleaning all you have to do is call him and he will take care of it. Since he is not the person cleaning, the information never gets to the people who are actually cleaning and nothing changes. Then, when you finally get fed up, you cannot cancel their so-called service because their overly aggressive and restrictive contract auto-renews and says all complaints must be in writing and sent certified mail so they trap you. Then you call the main office to try to talk to a Manger and you get a nasty woman that will not help you and will only repeat what is in the contract and will not cancel your service. I cannot believe that in a nice place like Austin a company of this terrible nature exists.
