Had one of their sales reps call me and try to get me to change from G&K. His pitch was that G&K had been bought out by Cintas. I told him that I knew and wasn't interested in changing. He proceeded to tell me the same thing 5 more times as if I was ignorant and didn't understand what he was saying. Every time I explained politely that I understood and I was happy with my service. At the 5-6 time I then ask if he thought I was stupid because he kept asking me the same question and telling me same same thing. I then enlighten him that if you are trying to get someone's business that treating them like they are dumb is not the way. Myself and 2 other staff members at my office listened to his statements. After chastising him he hung up. I then called and asked to speak to the manager. I ended up talking to Mike. He stated that maybe I misunderstood what his person was saying. Again calling a potential new customer dumb is not a great idea for selling. He then admitted his guy made a mistake but that may folks love hearing from them and like hearing them talk about their competition. Look from someone in business. Quit focusing on how bad the other guy is and sell how good the quality of your work is. I will say this if Unifirst Austin was the only place I could ever buy clothing. I would walk the earth naked. Trust me that's not a pretty picture. But I'd rather endure the embarrassment than deal with these folks. But hey this is just a local "dumb" business owner speaking.
I have been a customer for about two years now and am very satisfied. Checked around and Unifirst was the best fit for my small buisness. I feel and look more professional after receiving my uniforms. The representative that handles my account goes above and beyond what I expected. Gabe has been very happy and friendly every time he shows up.
I can not say enough good things about our driver Ken!! He is fantastic. We receive the absolute best service around. Whenever we have an issue, sizing, missing items, ANYTHING, we know we can contact him and he fixes it, immediately. He is very personable and friendly, an absolute joy to be around. He makes Fridays even better by always being in a great mood. His customer service is impeccable. Would not dream of having anyone else service our business!!
Kenneth Dunlop, Ken is a great route man here in Marble Falls. He does his job to the top of his ability. The little bit that he has, no just kidding. Joking aside, Ken is great when it comes to missing uniforms if there ever is any. He will go above and beyond to find whats missing and if that's not possible then Ken lets me know what i need to get to replace those uniforms. His personality and demeanor is what makes UniFirst a good company.
We have had ERIK as our driver for 4 years! He is the absolute best! We always enjoy his helpful tips for us, he is so polite and we just enjoy seeing his sweet face on fridays! Super speedy at delivering towels! He has done nothing but please this company and its employees!
