Burbank Dry Cleaning on the map
They ruined my light beige blouse (that I had only worn once) with black stains they created, tried to blame me, yelled at me, said they didn't need me as a customer, and arrogantly told me to sue them because they weren't going to do anything to fix the situation. Worst customer service ever! If I could give them zero stars on this review I would! Yesterday I went to pick up my clothes. They charged me full price and when I got home and started putting away my clothes. Among the clothes I took was a light beige blouse with black trim that the tag said "DRY CLEAN ONLY." I had only used the blouse once; it had two very small and very light grease stains on the side from a child's fingertips and deodorant stains on the black trim. I saw that one of my garments, the light beige blouse with black trim, had black and blue stains all over it! I went back immediately hoping to have the situation cleared up quickly and in a professional manner. All I really wanted was for them to accept they had made a mistake, apologize, and try to remove the stains THEY made. Well my husband and I get there, the man saw us, didn't talk to us but immediately called his wife, who was in the back, to tend to us. The first thing the woman said was "Those black stains were already there!" So they knew exactly why we were there. Mind that I had only used that blouse once, I knew exactly what stains it had and where, I had not tried washing it or tampering with it in any matter, therefore, I knew it had no black stains. When I told her that the stains were not there before they cleaned them she started yelling and arguing with me that they had been there since before- BOLD FACED LIE! There is nothing more insulting than when someone thinks you're stupid enough to believe anything they tell you and you're just going to accept it. After she starts yelling at me and blaming ME for those black stains I start yelling back at her "No they weren't." She then proceeded to blame the designer, saying it was their fault the black stains appeared. A designer is not going to put "DRY CLEAN ONLY" on the tag knowing it should not be dry cleaned. I told her all she had to do was admit that they made the stains and try to fix the situation and I would have been okay but she had to start lying and blaming me for the stains so she lost me as a customer. At that moment SHE ADMITTED to having ruined my blouse by making all those stains, that she didn't need my business because she had thousands of customers, and arrogantly told me to sue her. I have never in my life had such horrible customer service. Never have I ever felt the need to get into a screaming match in any business- much less to actually get in one!
