Sales Rep said I would be getting 4-5 coupons a week. 2 Calls in 4 months so far. I was misled from the very beginning. This was one of my worst advertising mistakes! Keep your money and run from these people. They promise the world just to get you to sign the contract.
Not impressed, Unprofessional and rude sales rep name Joe Geanetta, Marketing Consultant for Denver Colorado area. My first meeting with Joe pleasant shows big picture, great testimonies and numbers. I tries for 5 months just 3 coupons in a month...just 3 according to Joe's picture he showed me I should be getting 7 coupons a day. I called him so many time and leave voicemail that this ad is not working Joe become very judgmental and rude( I can't do anything). I didn't like Joe's behavior so I instructed my bank to stop the payment. I got calls from accounts person Kalu Okorafor and I expressed my concern to Kalu and ask Kalu to ask Joe to give me call to discuss but Joe never calls back. I called him last week and luckily he answer the phone and I expressed him again that the I don't want to move forward with the ad Joe's answer was let me talk to my manager. Joe didn't return call since then I called him today after I received email from the RUTI lawyer giving me collection notice. When I told him about the notice Joe got defensive and blame me and I can't do anything and got rude. I called corporate office today I got forwarded to customer service but no one answer. I MADE A MISTAKE. With that I will never consider this company, nor will I recommend them. I am looking forward to speak with someone at corporate office. Sorry.
We made an agreement with the sales rep that we would only pay a total of $395 for four months, instead they've been taking out the money every month and we've only had ONE person walk in with the coupon. I have tried to connect with customer service but they leave you waiting for over 30 minutes. They don't understand how much money that is for a small business trying to survive. They don't care for their customers, they only want your money. Don't waste your money with this company. No one notices the coupons on the back of receipts.
My business is located in the same shopping plaza as a grocery store, and every year like clock work someone comes in to my business when i'm not present and asks my staff a bunch of questions without identifying what company he represents. This morning, an individual visited us again and asked my employee how long we have been here, and would only identify himself as Tom. Tom would not tell her anything more, and kept only responding with "my name is Tom". He asked if the owner was in, but because I was not here he proceeded to ask my employee for my personal cell phone number and was seemingly agitated when she, rightfully, refused to give it to him. She handed him a business card hoping that he would take a hint and go away, and he handed one back to her and finally stated what company he was from, and what he was selling. He then said "are you sure you've been here 10 years, because i've certainly never seen you before". Well, Tom, this isn't the way to get a small business want to invest any money in your product. More so, trying to sell this product to a business whose signs you can see from the grocery store door is probably not going to yield you very many sales. Please do a better job at finding representatives that actually have people skills. Small businesses receive many solicitors on a daily basis - and this is why no one wants to talk to them.
I am not a fan of this form of advertising. I have tried it now for just over 4 months and for the cost , its impact is too slow and not giving us the value it should. We have one customer use the coupon from the tapes at a local grocery store and it is an existing customer. So if you want to get more bang for your buck , any mobile apps do better , because the majority of this kind of consumer spends most of their time on their phone or on some kind of mobile device! I have sent an email to the sales rep and the head office and so far , no response , go figure!!! I expected more from it and will chalk up to experience, but would be nice if the company would return some of our investment because their guarantees were not accurate.
